We have compiled this information to help you make your upcoming move as easy as possible. On the Vacancy List, you will find the address, rent amount, and a brief description of each property.

Other Helpful Information

  • To Apply for a Property, You Must Physically Walk Through the Property First.
  • To Check Out Keys, We Require a $20 Cash Refundable Key Deposit & a Current Valid Picture ID.
  • After Viewing Properties, We Will Give Out an Application if You Find a Property You Are Interested in.
  • When Applying for a Property, We Charge a Processing Fee of $25 for One Person or $40 for Two.
  • Application Processing Usually Takes 24 to 48 Hours Before We Contact You to Schedule an Interview.
  • Appliances Are Provided for Your Convenience in Most Properties; Please Confirm Which Appliances Are Included Prior to Signing Your Lease.
  • Pets Are Either Allowed "on Approval" or Not at All.
  • Trash Services Are Included in Rent Where Required by Ordinance (Inside Bullhead City Limits).
  • All Utilities Are the Tenant's Responsibility Unless Otherwise Noted in the Lease.
  • Security & Cleaning Deposit and One Full Month's Rent Are Required for Move-In (No Matter the Date of Moving in).
  • After a Lease is Signed, Keys Will Be Released After Proof of Utilities Has Been Obtained.

Updates are done weekly, and the most current list reflects the current terms.

PROPERTIES CAN BE HELD FOR UP TO 3 DAYS WITH PAYMENT OF THE FULL RENTAL DEPOSIT.

ALL PROPERTIES OFFERED TO BE RENTED "ON SPECIAL" ARE FOR A 12-MONTH LEASE MINIMUM.
